The forge has a total of 10 friction and crank presses ranging from 63 tons to 2.300 tons of power from Osterwalder, Weingarten, Ficep, Šmeral. Some presses are equipped with jigs for hollow forging (both horizontal and vertical). The most used press is equipped with handles for automatic forging, which meet the highest demands on work productivity. Other presses are operated in manual mode, which is optimal for smaller production runs. Depending on the complexity of the shape of forgings, we are able to produce forgings with an input weight up to 25 kg for copper alloys and 5 kg for aluminium alloys.
Subsequent thermal processing of aluminium items is carried out in the modern equipment of Realistic.
Once the flashes have been trimmed, the forgings are blasted in a standard way. Upon request, the forgings can be pickled, or ground and then polished, meanwhile their surface is passivated.
Upon the customer’s request, we provide additional surface treatments, such as silver, anodising, sandblasting, and more, through our verified external partners.
For the realisation of all orders there is used high quality input material from renowned European producers.
