The technical department and tool shop focus on the design, construction and production of tools, the production of prototype parts and tools. CAD / CAM software Unigraphics, Solid Edge and advanced simulation software FORGE are used for design and construction.
From 2022 the MAS MCV 1100 vertical milling centre is used for tool production, together with the Röders RPX 500 HSC machining centre. Classic or CNC machine tools are used for our own production.
The main scope of activities of the Tool shop includes design, construction and production of:
– tools for die forging
– tools for trimming, cutting, bending and stamping
– preparations of all kinds (mounting, test, stitching, bending, etc.)
– tools for stamping and stamping of logos, inscriptions, marks
– tooling and clamping tools for chip machining
– piece and small-series machine parts and units
